CONTENUR will be presenting its new stand proposal at the upcoming Trade Fair for Environmental Technologies (IFAT), which is to be held at the showground in Munich from 30th May to 3rd June 2016.

IFAT 2016 is the greatest fair in the world specialising in environmental technologies focusing on a variety of topics of major importance such as the comprehensive management of water, waste disposal & recycling and the sustainable use of resources.
The Fair is held every two years in the City of Munich, where the most important new environmental technology innovations are presented for solving industrial problems.
At the forthcoming Fair in 2016, the IFAT exhibition will be covering a total of 230,000 square metres. 115,000 square metres will be devoted to the water, sewage & wastewater sector and 115,000 metres will be given over to municipal engineering and recycling. Furthermore, the World’s Leading Trade Fair in Water, Sewage, Waste and Raw Materials Management is expected to attract more than 135,000 visitors from all over the world.
IFAT is undoubtedly the industry’s main event, as can be seen from the figures achieved at the last Fair, in 2014:
- 3,081 exhibitors from 59 countries (44% exhibitors from foreign countries)
- 135,288 visitors from 168 countries (45% foreign visitors)
- Over 230,000 square metres of exhibition area
- 586 journalists from 31 countries
IFAT 2016 is the Fair chosen by CONTENUR to present its new stand proposal, in line with its new communications strategy and in harmony with its corporate identity presented in 2015.
At IFAT, CONTENUR is opting not only for interaction with the visitors, but also for new technologies and innovation as the central themes for presenting its products.
